BookNMeet module
Pathology lab software for clinics and hospitals
Keep the lab inside the same dashboard as your appointments. Define each test once with its parameters and normal ranges, add tests to a patient visit, enter the results and hand over a report and a bill.
What you can do
Test catalogue
Create each test with its name, a short name and a price. Edit the details, or add more parameters to a test, whenever your panel changes.
Parameters and units
A test can hold many parameters. Each has a unit from a ready list (mg/dl, gm/dl, cells/L, million/cubic mm, iu/l, mm/hr and more).
Normal ranges by gender and age
Set the minimum and maximum value for male, female or both, and for an age band from-to, so the report shows the right normal range for each patient.
Tests on the patient visit
See the list of patients with the consultant and appointment date, then add the tests for that visit. Add a new patient on the spot with name, phone, email, address, gender and age.
Results and observations
Enter the result against each parameter, add observation notes, and update the status of each test as it moves along.
Report and bill as PDF
Save a lab report (test, observation, parameter, normal range and result) and a separate lab invoice with bill number, test names and prices.
Consolidated report
Pick a date range and generate one consolidated lab report for that period.
How it runs
Build the catalogue
Add tests, their parameters, units and normal ranges.
Add tests to the visit
Choose the patient and the tests from the list.
Record results
Enter each parameter's result and the observations.
Report and bill
Save the lab report and the bill as PDFs, or run the consolidated report.
Questions
Can I set different normal ranges for men, women and different ages?
Yes. Each parameter takes a gender (male, female or both), an age from and to, and a minimum and maximum value.
Can I print a bill for the lab tests?
Yes. The dashboard saves a lab test invoice as a PDF, with a bill number and the price of each test.
Can I see all lab reports for a period?
Yes. The consolidated lab report takes a from and to date.
