BookNMeet module
Clinical procedure scheduling, rooms and history
Schedule clinical procedures the way the clinic actually runs them. Define each procedure once, give it rooms and assisting staff, schedule it for a patient, and keep the observations afterwards.
What you can do
Procedure set-up
Per department: name, description and cost, anaesthesia type (local or general), number of sittings and the length of each sitting in minutes.
Requirements
Mark whether a bystander, an allergy test, doctor supervision, or a doctor performing the procedure is required.
Pre and post procedure guidelines
Write the guidelines once and keep them with the procedure.
Rooms
Add procedure rooms and attach the staff who work in them.
Scheduling
Choose the patient, department, staff and procedure, add a procedure note and the package if any, then set the date, time, room and assisting staff. Filter the list by date and edit or delete an entry.
Patient notification
The patient is sent the procedure schedule by SMS, and by email when an email address is on file.
Procedure calendar
See scheduled procedures on a calendar with the patient, contact details, time, procedure, package, room and staff.
Procedure history
Look back at each patient's procedures: consultant and department, date, time, room, who assisted, and the observation you recorded.
Online requests
Patients can find your procedures in the public directory and send a booking request with their name, mobile, email and preferred date.
