Procedure packages with sittings, for multi-visit treatments
For treatments that take more than one visit. Create a package for a department, assign it to a patient with a number of sittings, and manage every sitting: date, time, what was done, what was used, and whether it was completed and paid.
What you can do
Create a package
Name the package and choose its department. Edit it later from the package list.
Assign to a patient
Pick the department and the package, enter the patient name and mobile, and set the number of sittings. Every assignment appears in a list.
Manage sittings
For each sitting number set the date and time, the procedure, the staff, and a description.
Consumables from inventory
Choose the inventory items used in a sitting from your stock list.
Status and payment
Mark each sitting Completed or Not Completed, enter its cost, and mark it Paid or Not Paid.
How it runs
Create
Name the package and choose its department.
Assign
Give it to a patient with the number of sittings.
Run the sittings
Date, time, staff and consumables for each one.
Close out
Mark completion and payment for every sitting.
Questions
How is this different from health packages?
Health packages are check-ups that patients book online. Procedure packages are treatment courses that you assign to a patient and run sitting by sitting.
Can I track what was used in each sitting?
Yes. Consumables are picked from your inventory for each sitting.
