What are Dermal fillers ?
These are products injected beneath the skin surface to restore volume and fullness to the skin giving the patient a youthful appearance
How soon will I see any result and how long does it last ?
Results are seen instantly after the treatment, although this gradually improves over the course of 2-4 weeks. Result can last for 12-18 months although optimal results can be maintained over a long period of time through regular repeated treatment
When can filler be given ?
Fillers can be injected to any depression or a fixed wrinkle particularly fold between nose and lip. It can also be used to change the shape of nose, lips, cheeks etc
Are there any side effects ?
Side effects are rare and minor. Common side effects are temporary redness and swelling at injection site. These resolve within 2-3 days
What are the post treatment instructions ?
Do not rub the treated area for at least 48 hours after the procedure. Avoid bending down for 6 hours after the procedure. Do not exercise or drink alcohol 24 hours after the procedure
